Stir Fried Radish Leaves and Potatoes

Have you tried this recipes ever? My mom make this whenever she bring radish. It is very delicious. Must Try!


Stir Fried Radish Leaves and Potatoes  :


Ingredients :

  •                Leaves of 4 white radish
  •                3 medium size Potatoes 
  •                4 Green chilies (finely chopped)
  •                Salt (to taste)
  •                1 tbsp mustard oil



Method :
  1. Chopped the leaves finely. 
  2. Dice the potatoes into ½ inches cubes. 
  3. Heat a frying pan or Kadai. 
  4. Add the mustard oil. 
  5. When oil is heated completely, add green chilies and fry for 5 seconds.
  6. Add potatoes. 
  7. Add salt.
  8. Fry the potatoes till golden brown.
  9. Add the finely chopped leaves and stir well.
  10. Cover the pan with some lid for approx. 1 ½ minutes or less.
  11. Open the lid and stir fry for around 2 minutes.
  12. Turn off the heat.
  13. Serve hot with Indian chapatis or Naan.
