Stir Fried Radish Leaves and Potatoes :
Ingredients :
- Leaves of 4 white radish
- 3 medium size Potatoes
- 4 Green chilies (finely chopped)
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
Method :
- Chopped the leaves finely.
- Dice the potatoes into ½ inches cubes.
- Heat a frying pan or Kadai.
- Add the mustard oil.
- When oil is heated completely, add green chilies and fry for 5 seconds.
- Add potatoes.
- Add salt.
- Fry the potatoes till golden brown.
- Add the finely chopped leaves and stir well.
- Cover the pan with some lid for approx. 1 ½ minutes or less.
- Open the lid and stir fry for around 2 minutes.
- Turn off the heat.
- Serve hot with Indian chapatis or Naan.
