Ingredients:
1) 200g Paneer
2) 2 tsp Vegetable oil
3) 1 tsp Butter
4) 1 cup (150 ml) Milk
5) 1 tbsp Fresh Cream
6) 2 large Onions -chopped
7) 4 medium sized Tomatoes -chopped
8) chopped Green Chilies
9) 2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
10) 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
11) 1/2 tsp Jeera Powder (cumin powder
12) 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
13) 1 tbsp Kaju Paste (cashew paste)
14) Red Chili Powder (to taste)
15) Salt (to taste)
16) 1 tsp Cumin seeds
17) Bay leaves
18) Fresh Coriander Leaves -chopped
Method:
1) Cut the Paneer in dices.
2) Shallow fry the diced Paneer.
3) Now heat the Pan and add vegetable oil.
4) Add Ginger garlic paste and chopped Onions and fry till till it becomes translucent.
5) Now add chopped Tomatoes and stir for 1 minute.
6) Now add Jeera Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala, Red chili Powder and Salt.
7) Fry the masala for 30 seconds.
8) Add 1/2 cup of milk and stir for 1 minute.
9) Switch Off the gas.
10) Grind the Whole masala.
11) Now heat another pan and add oil.
12) Add Cumin seeds and bay leaves and stir for 10 seconds.
13) Now add the whole masala which we have grind above.
14) Add green chilies and cook for 1 minute.
15) Add 1/2 cup of milk and stir for 30 seconds.
16)Now add diced Shallow fried Paneer and 1 cup of Water.
17) Cook it for 2 minutes.
18) Add Fresh Cream, Kaju Paste , Butter and chopped Coriander leaves.
19) Cook it for 1 more minute and Switch Off the gas.
20) Hurray! our Paneer Dilruba is ready to serve.
